Some 30 years ago I did a course where the trainer said there was a shortage of good sales people in Australia, it was like he planted a seed in my brain that has been germinating (quite painfully) much of the time since. I've worked with many organisations in the years since I completed this training across different sales functions in both large and small businesses.
